Holly Valance 'Five Months Pregnant'

It has been revealed it an Australian court thatHolly Valance is five months pregnant with her first child.

According to The Mirror, the former Neighbours star tried to stop an Aussie mag from publishing images of her growing baby bump after she was snapped on a yacht in Italy earlier this month with hubby, Nick Candy.

It is thought that the images were recalled by a London photo agency, but the publication still made the decision to print them.

A judge refused to grant an injunction against Woman's Day, telling Valance - now known as Holly Candy - that it would be "futile" after 27,870 advance copies had already been sent to subscribers and thousands more to stores Down Under.

Justice Michael Pembroke explained: "On the evidence before me this afternoon, over 100,000 copies of the magazine will be distributed. It is impossible to see how any of them could be prevented from being read and disseminated.

"If the objective of the plaintiff is to protect her own opportunity to reveal the fact of her pregnancy at a time of her choosing, then that opportunity has been lost by the events which have occurred."

He added: "I make it quite clear that the conduct of the defendant [Bauer Media Limited] is disdainful. At a final hearing, the plaintiff may, in due course, be entitled to recover substantial damages for breach of confidence."

Holly's agent has since refused to comment on the reports.
